Sporting Event Services The friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Battle Creek/Calhoun County Convention and Visitors Bureau is available for advice and assistance throughout the planning of a sporting event. Bureau representatives are available to meet with event planners personally to ensure a successful event. Some of the services available through the bureau are outlined below.

Information Services

  • Schedule site tours and facility inspections
  • Provide planning assistance with pre and post event activities
  • Customize pre-event maps and literature including discounts to area attractions
  • Supply welcome bags
  • Set up and maintain welcome tables

Housing Services

  • Schedule lodging site tours
  • Handle room blocks and overflow situations
  • Provide customized housing maps
  • Maintain housing availability on the bureau's website
  • OVER 2,600 hotel rooms county-wide!

Family Programs
The bureau can arrange fun and entertaining programs for families of attendees. The bureau offers a variety of attractions and entertainment for all types of visitors ranging from adventures at the local zoo to a visit to our indoor/outdoor water park. A bureau representative will assist you with all your planning needs to ensure a successful event.
